If you are not 100% satisfied with our product that is new and unused, you could return to our store within 7 days after you receive your orders.

Damaged products: Send an email to our customer services with your order/shipment order attach a clear picture of the damaged piece of product and describe the fault. You can return your jewelry for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
